Yves Vetter founded Evergreen Construction in 1999. Since then Evergreen has remodeled, updated, added to or built dozens of homes all over Seattle. Our experience spans the range of residential projects, from pet houses to home design and construction.

Evergreen offers comprehensive services and can assist in all phases of construction, from design and budgeting, to plans preparation and permitting, to construction and long-term maintenance. This supports a cooperative approach to design and construction, in which the client, the designer and the builder work together from the earliest practical point in the process.
